Community Visits – A short worship and praise service is held at many of Vernon’s assisted living and care facilities each month. Please phone our Church office for specific dates and times.
Music Ministry – From September to June the choir lifts up its voices on Thursdays in preparation for the Sunday service. The choir welcomes those with a gift for singing. Rehearsals are Thursday evenings at 7:00 p.m in the Sanctuary.
Bible Study – A keen and enthusiastic group for discussion and fellowship. Everyone is welcome Wed. mornings at 9:30 a.m. to listen, discuss, debate and learn.
Fellowship Group – Fellowship events throughout the year include a biennial Robbie Burns dinner, Christmas Marketplace, Strawberry Tea, and the Church Picnic. This group meets at 1:30 PM on the first Monday of each month. All are welcome to join.
Prayer Chain – The Prayer Chain is very important to the congregation and prayer requests can be made. Gives prayer support to congregational members, their families, friends and others.
Classic Cinema – Have a love of the old theater classics? Join us every other Friday (excluding the summer) for a laugh, a cry, or the occasion cling to seat thriller. For the 2020 viewing schedule, call the Church Office.
